General Maintenance Service Intervals
Keeping your vehicle in great working condition is not only smart; it’s often required by your vehicle manufacture. MPP direct is a great program to help keep your vehicle running smooth, and keep your expenses in check. Your MPP Direct plan has a pre-determined number of “general maintenance service intervals” that are covered during your term. Each maintenance service interval is covered up to a Maximum Benefit Amount (MBA) per interval. You may use each maintenance service interval for general and/or required maintenance items such as: oil change, filter replacements, fluid flush, wiper blade exchange, battery boost/recharge, and or safety inspections, etc. Your MPP prepaid card will serve as the payment source for your general maintenance benefits. Just have any of the above services performed at any nationally recognized automotive repair/maintenance quick-lube location, auto dealer service department, or licensed repair facility that accepts debit card payments, swipe your card, and your done….it’s that easy!
Emergency Roadside Assistance
In the event your covered vehicle breaks down and is in need of Emergency Roadside Assistance, we’ve got you covered. Your MPP Plan includes “Sign & Drive” coverage (meaning you incur no out of pocket expense up to the MBA) throughout the U.S. and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes:
- TOWING – to the nearest qualified repair facility
- JUMP STARTS – to boost a member’s weak or dead battery
- TIRE CHANGES – to change a tire with a member’s inflated spare
- VEHICLE FLUID DELIVERY – to provide gas, oil or coolant (cost of fluids extra)
- LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE – to gain access into a member’s vehicle (cost of key cutting/replacement extra)
- CONCERIGE SERVICE – for courtesy help and emergency phone call support (family, business, police, etc.)
