Vehicle Administrative Services (VAS), Ltd. is the program administrator for MPP Direct and will be responsible for managing all of your benefits throughout the terms of your agreement. Our obligations under the MPP Direct program are backed by a Reimbursement Insurance Policy issued by Marathon Financial Insurance Company, Inc.,  A Risk Retention Group, (“Insurer”), with offices located at 1716 Corporate Crossing, Suite 2, O’Fallon, IL 62269, 800-205-8988.  This program is also reinsured by Western Insurance Company an A- rated carrier.  If the Claims ADMINISTRATOR fails to pay a claim under this CONTRACT within 60 (sixty) days of proof of loss by YOU, the service CONTRACT HOLDER, YOU may make a direct claim against Marathon Financial Insurance Company, Inc., RRG by writing to the aforementioned address.
